Vladimir S. LISIN
He was born on May 7, 1956.
Professor, Doctor of Engineering Science and Doctor of Economic Science, author of 166 scientific works including 16 monographs in the field of Economics, Management and Engineering sciences published in Russia and abroad.
From the age of 14 years shooting has become his favorite sport. At High School he was a captain of a students' shooting team. Since 1999 he has become an enthusiast of shotgun shooting. He is a Master of shooting sports of Russia.
In 2002 he has been elected President of the Russian Shooting Union - the all-Russian shooting Federation which includes both Olympic and non Olympic class of rifle and shotgun shooting, representing all of them on the World Sports Arena.
